The RDF Project Team, accompanied by technical consultants from Taxila, conducted a field visit to Village Gandhiyan, District Haripur, for site identification and community consultation regarding the proposed hand pump installation. The visit focused on assessing site suitability, understanding local water needs, and engaging community members to ensure a well-planned and responsive drinking water intervention.

Advancing Climate Resilience Through Strategic Partnership 🌱 On 02 November 2026, Rural Development

Foundation (RDF) and Pak Welfare Organization (PWO) signed a Project-Specific Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the initiative “From Nature to Technology” in District Lakki Marwat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The MoU was signed by Brig. (Retd.) Muhammad Aslam Khan, President, RDF, and Mr. Zia Ur Rehman, Executive Director, PWO, establishing a framework for technical collaboration, project implementation, and monitoring. The initiative will integrate Nature-Based Solutions and Smart Technologies to strengthen climate-resilient agriculture, promote sustainable water management, enhance disaster preparedness, and support resilient livelihoods in irrigated and rainfed communities.
