Brigadier (Retd) Muhammad Aslam Khan boasts over 44 years of professional experience, including 28 years in the army, and holds advanced degrees in Political Science and Business Administration. He has held significant roles in water, energy, and security sectors, notably as Chief Executive at WAPDA, Director of NCHD, and General Manager at MPCL. He is working in Development Sector for last twenty years, He has worked as security advisor with CDM Smith/ CIDA and facilitated in smooth conduct of activities, and project Director UNDP in Balochistan. He is the founding director of the Pakistan Water Partnership and the Gomal Damaan Area Water Partnership. He is a respected figure in international water organizations and has contributed to various national and international forums. His work focuses on water rights, climate change adaptation, and development projects in Pakistan, earning recognition for his expertise and leadership in addressing various development issues/Challenges.
