The Rural Development Foundation (RDF) participated in the Women’s Gala organized at the Pakistan-China Center from December 13th to 14th, 2024. The event aimed to promote the work of rural women and provide opportunities to generate income for them.





RDF signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Islamabad Chamber of Small Traders and Small Industries (ICSTSI) on December 13, 2024, to foster mutual cooperation and promote small businesses and industries.




Rural Development Foundation (RDF) signed MoU with National Skill University (NSU) in RDF Head office situated in Islamabad on 10 Dec 2024. President RDF Brig (R) Muhammad Aslam Khan, President RDF and Prof. Dr. Muhammad Mukhtar Founding Vice Chancellor NSU signed the MoU. Dr. Muhammad Nawaz (former Vice Chancellor Virtual University also joined ceremony.





President RDF Visited RDF centre VTC Mandala along with Director Projects and RDF staff, on December 9, 2024. President distributed certificates among students who have completed courses in different trades, and appreciation certificates to teachers. Students appreciated RDF role for empowering women.




A one day workshop on ” Unlocking Youth Potential and Opportunities” was jointly organized by Rural Development Foundation (RDF) and by One Step for Pakistan on December 6th,2024. Brig. (R) Muhammad Aslam Khan President RDF chaired the occasion. Brig (r) Khalid Nazir, Brig (r) Waqar and CEO one step for Pakistan Ms. Fatima also shared their experiences.

RDF successfully started Adult literacy classes on 2nd Dec 2024.
Sewing machines were given to VTC Mandala after repairing on November 22, 2024.














Director Projects, accompanied by RDF staff, visited the schools and computer center of Junior Jinnah Trust, exploring avenues to empower education and digital learning for a brighter future.
