Rural Development Foundation installed Bio-Gas Plant in Manda Wala Kayani, Shadahra Islamabad. It produces renewable energy in the form of biogas by using organic waste material such as animal manure, crop residues, and kitchen waste. By generating biogas from these waste materials, it can reduce the amount of organic waste that is typically burned or dumped in landfills, thus reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
