First Community Consultation – Drinking Water Supply Project, Village Gorsiyan
Under the supervision of RDF President, RDF successfully hosted the first community consultation for the Drinking Water Supply Project in Village Gorsiyan, Union Council Rama, Gujrar Khan. Residents reviewed the proposed scheme, discussed the existing water well as a key source, and explored plans for active community involvement.
This initiative leverages RDF’s expertise in rural infrastructure and mobilization. Locals shared insights on critical needs such as reliable water access during seasonal shortages, while technical feasibility and building community trust were key discussion points.
Aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goal 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation), this project is delivering safe, sustainable water to every household for a healthier, more resilient future. 🌍
